	(i) 		SimpleXML		(All files are saved as XML)
	(ii.) 	SMTP Server	(for Reset Password Option)
	(iii.) 	mod_write		(for url creeation)

Administrator's Browser/Computer Requirements:
 - Flash 8 Installed		(File Uploads)
 - Javascript Enabled		(Will make life much easier)
